bonjour,

as for this year, i am in the equastrian club. if not because of that horrible chris, i would have stayed for this year. or myb even next year. looking on the bright side, we'd never paid for that fencing club. yes. in other words, it was free. well, not officially free. technically free. we did try to pay but some people they were just too ignorant to take our payment. so there, we had a free fencing for a year. might as well pay with being the victim of that beginner chris.

too bad that this horse riding is too expensive. we need to pay like 18 pound per session. u should just buy ur own pony and can ride on it for the rest of ur life. honestly, i just went couple of times, just to keep my co-curricular report busy.these are some photos of us going for a hacks (i'm not sure if this is the right spelling. too lazy to google it) the other day. the weather was nice and seeing the countryside on a horse was a joyful experience. hope to go for some horseriding again in the near future. have a lovely summer everyone!

bonjour!

i always start with that french greeting so that u r aware of ability to speak french ok. (just so u know) now so much for avoiding the dissertation,. i'm gonna write a super long entry. sooo long it will take a lifetime to finish reading it.

here it comes, the result is gonna be out in few days. still keeping my fingers crossed. and i really cannot take fail for a result this time around. i would kill if i have to. rather than having to come back earlier in august for a resit! ok let's put that aside for now and rant about something more cheerful, shall we? ranting and cheerful? dont collocate at all.

last month has witnessed me on the edge of commiting suicide. i've wasted almost a month of my life. those are the moments in life i'd never get back. no network, no job, no one to talk to, no telly, no traveelling, no nothing!it was a complete nightmare. the connection was down for few weeks and left me no choice but to read books. dont ask.

d heck? i am not an avid reader. but i can read. but reading would only fall second after internet and movies ok. nothing i can do in this life of mine to change it. it is decided long time ago that my language development should just stay between me and watching movies. and tv series. and facebook. and scrubs. ok enuff with that bullshit. and chess titan has made me sick. it was soo painful.being disconnected from the world and playing chess against the computer.so loser. and sitting in my room staring at the wall, the world seemed to stop.

but suddenly reality slapped me right in the face. well, if the world has survived for thousand years without youtube and facebook. then why should it come to an end now? yeah, why should it? just because i couldn connect, it's not the end of the world right? what a brilliant child i am to be able to think like that. and how i want myself to believe that. but no. it is simply absurd. it IS the end of the world. for me. but now that i've got my life back, let's just pass on that one.

meanwhile, guess who is not packing for home yet. yes. me.i am somewhat surprised by the fact that i still havent even started packing for my huliday. what happens to all those balik kampung spirit? that home-is-where-ur-heart is spirit. ok2, lemme spill this to u. i'm going on a huliday. yes, this time my dream huliday destination is....temerloh bandar ikan patin!!!! so cool...it thrills me just to think that i am less than one week away from home.

mind u, this is my first trip abroad alone. on my own. quite nervous here i must admit. wat if something bad happen? who should i lean to? i dun wanna miss that flight. thinking of that alone makes me shiver. i dont wanna mess up. i just...wanna go home... honestly, this foreign land is really eating my soul. soul sister...alrite2, i love it here, but not when i am penniless.

well...a super long entry huh? even the sky has limit. u shud be ashamed of urself that for giving that false premise z.

now, i'm gonna do sumthing i've never done in my life before,

back then, when i was small, dad used to bring us to the seasides or waterfalls for a family vacation. but being a young child who didnt loike nature that much, i used to beg for something more adventurous like sunway lagoon or any other famous waterpark and tourist attraction. but he said 'no, i cant afford that kind of luxury' i mean with the 7 of us, we couldnt really afford to go anywhere with fares. so my parents decided it was all gonna be waterfalls and seasides. mom cooked the meal and off we went. simple as it is. the cheapest my parents could think of u. but i'm glad they've ever done something like that u know. now that i get to travel the world, i miss waterfalls and seasides.

anyways, there were 7 of us and in every journey, we always fought who get to be in mom's car. nobody wanted to be in dad's. hardly know why. i didnt care much really. other than the fact that he was (and still is) a reckless driver, i was always good to go.the thing is, wif my family, the bigger wins. so we used to end up wif my older sister and me got to be in whichever car we liked(the bless of being the early borns). the same rule applies when the balik raya time comes. but fadhli seems to start accepting his fate being in dad's car. he never gave a damn really.

honestly, i really miss those moment of growing up. we used to fight for everything in life. everything, u name it. clothing, books, toys (which we hardly had any) and any other stupid things u can think of including car seat.during my days of riding, we had sort of seating territories where nobody can enter someone else's. this, occasionally resulted in a serious fight of territories. and mom would pull over anywhere and threatened to throw us out of the window if we didnt stop. which normally worked. yeah i know, so stupid. but now that we all live far from home, i terribly miss them.

i still remember we only had one ringgit for canteen time. and we needed to ask for another 50 cent if we would like to buy a drink. and if my memory still serves me right, mom raised the pocket money to 1.50 a day when i grew a bit older. but i can assure u, it used to be only one ringgit because i still remember the pain of having to choose between the meal with a chicken, and a drink, owing to the fact that the meal with chicken would definitely finish up my money leaving me with no other choice but to drink from the tap (i know, disgusting) but that's what children do. they drink tap water. whether u know it or no. alternatively, i would just ask from any of my siblings. well, all of us were in the same school, so not having some pennies isnt really a tough life if u have a good sister.

we used to share secrets. most of the time secret about boys and crush (u know, girlish stuff). my sis's deepest darkest secret is just in my pocket.and mine is in hers. so technically i would know whoever my sis got crushed with and she, mine. i would always use it against her when she messed up with me and she wud enjoy the same pleasure. there u have it. mutualism. but when it comes to the art of blackmailing no one can really beat my other sister. she would know everything about us and gave us hell for starting a fight with her. so we used to stay away from her.but now, if someone has got a boyfriend, need not to announce, the world will know. and blackmailing is no longer trendy.

then we got into boarding school. all of us. and we did see each other a lot. given that we went to the same school. after finishing high school everyone chooses different path in life. my older sis is graduating in her engineering course in september, i am becoming an english teacher real soon, the 3rd one is doing pharmacy in australia, the 4th is doing her preparation for dentistry in the uk, the 5th is sitting for spm this year, the 6th one is in form 2, while the last one is still being pampered at home by my aunt's family. mom was tranferred to Damansara and the little one is now schooling with his cousins.

funny how things work. but i used to really hate my siblings. but now they mean the world to me. i'm proud of them i can never tell,(call me bragging, in fact, my chest is swelling with pride. it would be a blatant lie if i say i am not!) to be honest, i think it's an achievement for a poor family like us. Alhamdullilah rezeki tuhan nak bagi. and never stop counting the blessing! looking back, i wish i could provide a better life for my children (not not saying mine is horrible) but they would definitely get to go to the waterpark!

salut,

now that it's snowing like u can never imagine outside, one cannot refuse to make full use of the snow. well, snow's here again(we have an inch already). and snowman too...as a result of our 'gigih' effort to build our own snowman in the backyard. the funny thing was, we were caught by our neighbour (funny that we never know his name) while rolling some snowballs at the back of his house and it was so embarassing! it sounds as if we werent allowed to make snowman,but no. the feeling is just so traumatic. but in the end, i was incredibly pleased with our effort. having spent a cold frost biting evening out there in the backyard, the feeling is so rewarding. the world looks much nicer when it snows...

actually, yes. i feel like a looser. the fact that allowance is way far ahead from us doesnt help much. instead it's just adding salt to the wound. my second year has just started and my life is already a disaster. not a gud start i guess. ok time for some quick update.

so everything is a bit here and there. i feel like loosing, hence, the title looser. the work starts to pile up. torn between looking for a job or not. my room looks like a loser's room. and loser is becoming my favourite word. so many issues here. need to pay the bills. need to lose some weight i've put on(praying every single day i can be the biggest loser). need to find a boyfriend to listen to my ranting( which is a very difficult task) my life is a mess. and it is messier without someone to talk to someone to listen to me and my problem. and as a resullt, readers of this blog is victimised by this stuff i'm babbling about.(my apologies) serabut sungguh. oh serabutnye entry ni! xde lansung thesis statement dgn topic sentence.

howdy,

been too busy enjoying life now.... looking forward to see all my siblings coming home a week before eid....hopefully everyone will safely be home soon. yes, including u imah. get all those visa stuff done as soon as u can dear, coz honestly, it wont be a fest without u, so do come home. surely it would be wonderful with everyone around this eid...i wish this is the perfect timing to bond with my family, yes.

meanwhile, i am home busy sleeping and counting the days to raya. childish, i know. given that my old number has been destroyed by the evil cash deposit machine back in the uk , i finally got myself a brand new celcom number. yes, my family is a celcom family. just stick with that ok. hmmm, i hate my new number it starts with 010. well, how lame is that? i got it once i arrived and someone has been harassing me ever since, tell me now, am i that gorgeous?

my first two attempts of baking shows a lack of sign that i am cut for it. but never stop trying, i told myself. need to be a cool mom someday, rite? anyhow, i realise that i am painfully bad at

it. then i begin to wonder why i would ever assume i'm gonna be good at it. cool mum, quite positive about that, but baking higly unlikely.

last sahur was the first time i didnt wake up for sahur. actually, i did but just for some apple juice in the fridge coz umi kept saying something about amik berkat sahur. so i just drink and dream. dgn x gosok giginye...yikes. slame ni kalo makan sahur selera kalah berbuke. but today is just an exception.

hmmm. wat else, not much to write really, but wait till those people get home. my schedule will be packed man, pillow talking till morning, yu ya here and there....owh how i miss the good old days....a week feels like a year now...there's no point i'm ranting down here.....a week is a week. how i wish now i could forward the time struggling here...

well, perhaps surfing is a greater waste of time. at least writing may allign ur thoughts togethe. yet i still find it hard to come out with a great piece of writing about my journey. i could have written about the super long disaster train journey from prague to rome or even worse about how i got myself seriously burnt in rome yet i need some momentum. unfortunately, having nothing to look forward waking up in this small new house, loosing some weight is not an option.

honestly, this is nothing more than random daily rant from a bored temporary housekeeper. after all, everyone needs to keep their houses rite? back to my travel experience, i doubt if there is still much to write about my trip as i prefer telling them first hand to my mates. it's a lot more enjoyable telling things with expression and appropriate gestures which subconsciously i know i'm good at.

when this writing could be written separately, i've finally decided to cramp all the experiences into one short entry so it wont burden me anymore. i know nobody bothers to read em all but honestly i do.it feels like owing somebody. so i shouldnt mess up with wat is already a boring blog.

eventually, i figured that too long on the road turned out to be not so much fun after all. we got easily tired and fell asleep after every hotel check in. obviously the long journey is to blame. i sometimes wondered if i had included sleeping in my travel plan.

the next funny thing i shall have to tell u is the fact that my friends and i started to develop this ridiculous obsession of vanding machine. i couldnt help but to join her adventure of vanding machine obsession. it was sooo irressistible. everytime we came across one, i would end up with a bottle of soft drink. given the fact that the mystery of me having diabetes is still not resolved, this is totally annoying . i blame the european union for having too much of them in every inch of the metro station.

and yeah, did i tell u about the berlin experience? for those shoppers, it's truly a heaven but since shopping is not really my thing, i go for adoring the apartment more. it surprised us when we found out it's a studio apartment with view, i mean, i have heard of studio, but i never knew that they have got kitchen. and the best part is the washing machine! i'm aware that this might sound like jakun but after 3 days, washing machine sound so good to my ears. i mean, first vanding machine, then washing machine and then wat? cash machine?

i have to congratulate myself for my succesful and completed mission of sending postcard from every each of the countries. it was the first thing i did when we first arrived, the postcards and the stamps. and i found myself hilariously repeating the same lame sentence in every place i went. it goes like this 'dear wateva, i'm in u-know-where, it's awesome. wish u were here, love, me.' i just changed the name and the adjective sometime, sometimes it will be lovely. i know, lame.....but it's just the typical me. lame.

i did a lot of jaris this time. jaris are everywhere. i fear the jaris has becoming a permanent habit of mine just like a habit of closing the door when u enter a bathroom. it's hazardous, i mean the jaris, not the door.. it's not surprising to me if one day grandma has to puke seeing the same pose every there and then. i knew i was supposed to do something about it but after some lousy attempts to change my jaris to the other side or the back of my hand, i know it has finally become a part of me.

over the past few days, i slept a lot so i know it's a lame excuse to stop writing now but still i have to...( what happen to all the cramp into one short entry thing?) pray for me to remain alive tomorrow morning to finish this burdensome storytelling.

i've never failed to realise that my blog has been full of photos recently but that is not the case anymore. having completed my first year of my degree, i was duly attached to my travelling agenda and now, i am worn and weak from the prolonged journey home. believe it or not i stil got another month ahead before i see malaysia again. what i'm gonna occupy myself with in such a long waiting i have no idea yet.

the reader may set me down as showing off but let me be for i have quite too much time to write about this trip of mine. let me start off with belgium, our very first destination. brussels is certainly not a difficult city to find ur way around. with the help of metro map and some unused metro tickets, we were ready to embark on our trip. (some advice, dont bother to buy one coz no one cares) travel in brussel metro is unofficially free i suppose.

as for centre of tourist attraction, the grand place is really the place u should go while in brussesl, other than that, optional. this is where u can find various type of chocolates with the price u can never imagine. worth buying if u ask me. and the manneken piss, or the peeing boy is certainly a funny trademark of brussles! and did i mention atomium and mini europe? it's awesome to say the least. stupendous to say the first. if u are going to die tomorrow, and know that u'll never gonna see europe in ur life, mini europe is the place u should go to. all the significant monuments recorded in europe, including eiffel tower and colloseum, u'll find their replicas in this wondelful place. i felt like a giant human kicking around the buildings haha.

yet in every place in the world u will find urself terribly annoyed with something and there is no exception in belgium. surprisingly, i was harrased( shall i call it harrasment?) by the beggars! there was this dirty girl who kept following for money and scared the hell out of me! u should really see my face the moment i pretended to ignore her and made a total ass of myself. she's nut. and for one second, i thought she's never gonna stop. and then came this friend of mine to the rescue. she gave that girl a coin and off she went to her smiling mother and she said gud job dear! (presumably)

but the worst part is yet to come, while we were spending some last hours waiting for our bus in belgium, another girl, (or shall i call her beggar? doesnt sound like a very nice character, does it?)

came to me with a cup asking for money and having learned that a coin will send them off, i put one into the cup in an attempt to get rid of her. to my surprise, she gave the coin back to one of my friends and made some sign language that she didnt want that small donation, only a bigger sum of money she will accept. i know if u are not a swearing person u will go what??? but if u r one, then u will go, watdehek???

enough with the beggars story at least i managed to buy myself some boxes of belgian chocolates which costs me a fortune and not a single souvenir from brussels except for several boxes of the finest belgian chocolates. and one more thing, the belgic, they dont speak english at all only a blend of french and dutch in which neither we speak in but which countries have been to. or they just pretend not to because they dont wanna look so welcoming for tourist to ask for direction.

I think Israel is the most Negative country in All over the world. Because it has a Great History of Killing/Kidnapping of Palestinian poeples. in an attempt to help me forgetting the lost glasses of mine, i decided to go out and have some sort of picnic wif beloved housemates this afternoon. having the burdensome portfolios submitted and allowance in, i can see a big causes of celebration there. the way i see it, it's another way of spending some quality time together(as if we dont bump into each other every now and then in the kitchen let alone all the gossiping around). but due to some unexcuseable reason of waking up late, i didnt manage to cook for the picnik as promised and we ended up with some delicious meals bought from ocakbasi. so off we go,to a classic picnik spot in canterbury, westgate garden, hope u guys enjoy some of the lovely and refreshing spring shots.

amsterdam

i come to grow quite fond of this city.upon arrival, i was pleasantly surprised to learn that people there are very good english speakers. the tv programmes also offer an awful lot of channels from uk and us. talking about my sole reason of arranging a trip to amsterdam, which was to visit the world's biggest flower park, one day is never gonna be enough. subhanallah,i was mesmerised by the different colours of tulips and ultimately pleased to have seeing them with my own eyes. at first, i was not really sure if the tulips are in full bloom and it scares the hell out of me thinking that we were going to see nothing. but surprisingly, it was nothing like i had expected. most of them were blooming and the spectacular view of ME and the garden made my aunt menjerit-jerit kat rumah.hehe.

totally stunned by the beauty evrywhere i managed to made a total ass of myself by asking quite a handful of tourists to take some photos of me with every single type of flowers.okay, exaggerating.huhu well, what more can i say for a friendly and welcoming place like amsterdam. there are very few cars on the road and the least thing u should worry about is to get run over with a bike. mind u, it's the city where bikes rule! it's pretty much twice of a life time thing for me, so never mind then.

one thing i can assure u. the souvenirs are offensive. and they are quite evrywhere. so i wouldnt recommend this place to any of those with a bunch of kids or grandmom (especially mine, huhu). if u r a person who are not very fond of getting offended by dirty images, this is really not the place for u.(i know i sound pretty much like sumone who juz got fired from amsterdam travel agency)

paris

as many of u know, i recently took a trip to paris.but the disaster part is yet to come..not being bias, but speaking from experience, english is not widely spoken and understood in this city of love. perhaps this is the main reason of me being frustrated due to some occasional pragmatic failures. maybe it was not their fault if my french sucks. did i tell u not that they love looking at people? i mean starring. i dunno if they have issues with us, but it's really creepy and considered rude in current city which i live in now....

by the way, i have to say that the metro system is quite intimidating compared to the one in amsterdam. u can simply take a visit anywhere in paris using a visite card that valids for certain days and find no problem at all finding ur way in paris! (despite several funny occassions of me crawling under the exit gate, for my ticket didnt work for the last few hours of my trip!)

no building symbolises paris better than the eiffel and the best part is, i was there! hehe..and a visit to paris is not complete without disneyland too. it's a star attraction for everyone (depends on how young u are)especially for a girl with a deprived childhood like me.( well, i couldnt afford to go to cameron highland since i was kid). so here's the news, i went there too. and guess what i bought for myself? yes. a minie mouse ears so that i'll be able to appear cute in photos and get the chance to tell my kids later in life 'ur mom was in disneyland, n how cool is that?'

eiffel during midday. i mean, guys, i was there!

eiffel at night, we went there again for the night view, which happened to be awesome!

the famous notre dame cathedral. the entrance is unsurprisingly free.hence, the big crowd. (i did get inside and there was not really much to see especially if u r wearing something over ur head)

the only monument name i cant really remember, and the only different pose i could think of that time. look carefully, and u'll see the paris hard rock shirt! hahaha(evil smirk)

musee d louvre. we patiently wait till sunset to get the night view which if u ask me, really worth the waiting.

palace de versailles. it looks rather like museum. they should consider again the idea of changing the name.

Alhamdulillah, syukur ke hadrat ilahi, dgn limpah kurnianye i've set my feet on the land of amsterdam. stupendous! to say the least. beautiful alone cant even describe the experience of venturing the garden. it's still early spring, but lots of beauty to be seen everywhere. subhanallah, amazed by the spectacular view of the early tulipen, 3 hours is nowhere near enough for me to spend the time in the garden. i still wonder if one day will do. with me photoshooting n camwhoring for every single type of flowers i could lie my eyes upon. neways, feast ur eyes!!!

finally, the nightmare is over, thanx to bandura for making my life easier. one down, two more to go. plizla kevin dont mess up with me. and the macro teaching, should be fine. never had i thought those students are much worse than us. what's the point of presenting it if u juz read it aloud? better if u juz hand in the written essay. i'm glad that we have shown them who's in charge. come onla, they have the ability to speak fluently, why dont juz make full use of it. we here are struggling with the language and all these craps, and u juz took no effort at all.

enough with all these stupid assgnments rants of mine. well, about the horror class, we had wif mike juz now, i didnt really see what he means by horror. it was juz soooo lame...for me that was nothing compared to all the gory scenes i've watched my whole life. pardon me for being so boastful but i juz cant help it. horror movies have always been the most favourite piece of entertainment in my life and when he suddenly comes into it and telling me what horror is, i juz cant stand it anymore. he knows practically nothing about horror. haha...

previous entry was juz a lame attempt to get rid of my feeling at that time. it wasnt quite true. really. in fact i've been enjoying my life to the fullest these days. well, if ur hobby is collecting stamps, u will feel inferior talking to me now as i enjoy swimming as my favourite pastime.haha...(booo) perhaps it takes some drowns to be able to swim and now i can finally swim! haha.

i know that, being a teenager is the most confusing time in my life. life as a teenager in university so far for me has been fairly assignments and assesment.n today we have got back the marks for our ict assignments. n i'm glad that i pass this one too. forget the far-fetched A, but as far as i'm concerned, all i need to do is juz pass.ok, let's face this, i aint no good at assgnments.n never will.i have been wasting my time too much and if there is one thing i am gud at in this world, it is wasting time! anyhow, since that allowance is till some way off, let's waste ur time too by looking at how exactly i waste my time effectively..

1. trying to beat the hell out of kasparov chessmate i've downloaded from the internet(easy level pdhal, haha) the player always outsmart my instinct, but still, it's hard for me to give up the believe that i'm good at playing chess! i was born to play chess my dad used to tell me...

2. blogstalking complete strangers (it is soo much fun)

3. pretending hard to be a good cook by everyday cooking nonsense( trying out new ridiculous recipes, all that involves onions because i seemed to have developed this ridiculous fear of garlic!)

4. practise magic card tricks (so i can perform some skilfull trick to ivon again on the next birthday party)

5. learning french from the cd and dictionary my sis sent me. (it is tought to be a contemporary and sophisticated language and the language of love my sis said, n i fall for that trick)

6. jamming in my own room(me sucks at plucking)

7. looking at the photos of garden....and flowers...(it makes me fall in love again)

8. reading the sexology part in psychology magazine and also the lucrative topic like hundred ways to loose weight, get rid of those calories,banish belly fat or something like that(the former occupier of my house hasnt stopped her subscription so yeah i juz make the most out of it)

9. check out the latest csi series and video bangang kat utube untill my eyes sore!

10. sleeping is probably the most effective ways to waste time for a hopeless person like me. not the night sleep which is of course, beneficial.

and i finally i would juz end up staring at these four walls again and try to think about the last time i had a gud time...only by looking at this list,i realise that i've wasted more time than i will care to admit!

in my busy life, though i know it, i don't find time to realize how much i love the ones closest to me: my parents and siblings. but now, away from family for quite sometimes, I realized it pretty strongly!, this is my younger brother mohd zulfadhli. the spoiled one in the family and he has got the attention of evrybody! including me. given the fact that he is the only boy we have and the youngest one, he is the central love of evryone in the family. the fact that he has been through so much at such an early age always hurts me. sis told me that mum is gonna be transferred quite far from home this time(selangor if i am not mistaken) and that leaves him with no one but my aunt to look after him. i cannot imagine how lonely he must be. i know he can cope well wif evrything, he always does. but he's only a nine year old boy after all. (although he doesnt look like one). i feel so hopeless right now for not being able to call him and hear his naughty little voice which always insists me on buying some cool stuff for him so that he can show them off to his friends. as far as i could remember, he is such a sweet lil boy no one can resist to love. he rarely gets on my nerves like my other sisters always do and he'll do obediently watever i told him too. was it love or fear? i dunno either. but i'm pretty much sure how nice he can be to us. i still remember the day he offered to buy me a nice ice cream when he has got some little money with him and i could choose the best one in the store. how funny he is, i should say. the way he asked me some silly questions, too silly i couldnt help myself laughing. looking back, i'would give anything for that moment now. i dunno why but such thoughts always make me miss home more than ever. as i write this down, i can feel the tears pooling in my eyes.more than ever, i'm very proud of this little person in my life!

as u may have noticed, i rarely blog stuff out recently. and i am not ashamed of it.not at all. well, here's the catch, when i decided to buy a bag of tiny teddy bears on boxing day, pardon my 5 year old mind but they were half price! so i started to think maybe after diz i could do the same thing when buying souvenirs for my family. frankly, when i buy anything in bulks, for example the half price teddies on boxing day, i told myself that they are supposed to be the items which every single person on this planet will love to receive. u know like some kind of generic gifts and when u decide to buy them u have no particular person in mind? yes! that is exactly what i mean. as a matter of fact, i thought it was a brilliant idea.but it is very far from brilliant. it will become obvious to the person who receives the useless and pointless teddy bear that wat it says is actually 'i was thinking of u and other 27 people when i bought this'. screw me for that terrible idea. as tomorrow is gonna be my housemate best day, this idea is really not gonna work well, so i need to get her something very special.something that says, 'i was thinking of u and u only when i bought this'....emm....wat is it gonna be? anyone?
